Day 1: Presence: Explore the vital role of presence in bodywork through focused practice, gaining insights into the nervous system, bio-tensegrity, and Ground Reaction Forces. 
  
Day 2: Touch: Gain an understanding of sensory pathways and touch types, such as gnostic and pathic, while preparing your hands for intentional, impactful touch.

Day 3: Movement: Dive into motor unit recruitment, central pattern generators, and the benefits of varied
movement to ensure balanced bodywork.
